Placing an order with CYNTHIA JOBA, LLC is easy! Below are your options.

ONLINE: You can order online via our secured e-commerce system. This is the easiest and quickest way to place an order. Once you have chosen a product, click on the button "Add to Cart" and follow the prompts to complete your order. If you would like to purchase more than one product, click on the button "Continue Shopping". Items may be added and removed from your shopping cart at any time before "Check Out". When you are ready to place your order, click on the button "Check Out" and follow the prompts to place your order.

Once your order is received, an e-mail order confirmation will be sent to you within 24 hours.

If you are ordering a commissioned Art Matrix, Cynthia will call you to have a consultation about your painting once your purchase has been made.

MAIL: You can mail your order to us by completing the mail-in order form. You may pay by credit card or check/money order. Please allow additional 2 weeks processing time if paying by check or money order.

Yes! Whether you choose an existing image or commission your own Corporate Matrix™, we can fulfill large orders and gift-giving needs all year-round. Please contact our Collectors' Concierge for more information.

Orders are shipped UPS. All orders must ship to a street address. UPS will not accept post office boxes as a shipping address. Most print and CD purchases will ship UPS ground within 3-9 business days.

Details of the delivery of Commissioned Matrixes and Word Wrap will be discussed with you personally.

Standard Shipping & Handling Per Address

Shipping and handling for commissioned Matrixes is included. Commissioned Matrixes are also mailed insured to protect the value of the art while in transit to our collectors. There is no shipping fee for gift cards.

Expedited shipping is also available.

At this time, we are unable to ship to multiple addresses.

At this time, we are unable to ship outside of the United States.

Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order.

We accept Visa and MasterCard. We also accept checks and money orders, although this form of payment requires an additional 2 weeks processing time.

Our online ordering process uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. This technology encrypts your information to ensure it remains private and secure.

Only Pennsylvania residents will be charged sales tax.

We do not rent or sell your information.

We want our customers to be delighted with Cynthia Joba's art and music. If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return or exchange the product within 15 days of receipt for a full refund, less shipping and handling. The art and CD must be unopened and returned in its packaging. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded with a merchandise credit.

Custom paintings such as commissioned Matrixes and Word Wrap are not returnable.

If the art you receive is damaged, please email customer assistance for service.

Cynthia Joba's Matrixes are produced as giclee (fine art) prints. A giclee looks like the original in texture and color, and it is often difficult to tell the print from the original. Images are printed with archival inks on 140 lb. weight, archival watercolor paper.

Limited edition prints are individually signed by Cynthia Joba and include a certificate of authenticity.
