SERENITY BREAK
- Relax and take a few deep, gentle breaths.
- Notice if there are any tight places in your body. Place your attention in the tight place, breathe in, and as you breathe out, let all tension drain away.
- Let your eyes relax, become soft.
- Imagine your body being bathed in the beautiful colors and forms.
- Relax even more fully. Continue looking at the painting or close your eyes; let your experience unfold.
- Continue with your day.
